During her tenure at Connie, Connecticut's Health Information Exchange, Tiffany developed and executed strategic growth and awareness campaigns that significantly boosted brand visibility and platform adoption. Her marketing, engagement, and communication efforts complemented the work of the Account Management team, resulting in a 100% increase in hospital system participation in the HIE and a 300% increase in utilization. These initiatives positively impacted Connecticut providers and patients by improving access to patient information, enhancing care coordination, and reducing healthcare costs. 

As a consultant, Tiffany has partnered with small to mid-size healthcare organizations, serving in roles ranging from interim CEO to Marketing Director for various medical groups such as Ventana Wellness, Age Defy Dermatology, Optimal Health of Southern Oregon, One Peak Medical, and the Clinic for Dermatology and Wellness. She led their marketing and communications initiatives, reputation management, and business development efforts, resulting in the rapid scaling of new clinics and service lines, as well as enhanced patient experiences. 

At Asante Physician Partners, Tiffany served as the Director of Development & Patient Experience, where she played a pivotal role in the growth and development of 23 ambulatory clinics. She spearheaded the onboarding and outreach program for over 200 providers, developed 30/60/90-day business development plans for new medical providers, and trained 700+ staff members in service excellence, team building, culture creation, and leadership development. For her outstanding work, Tiffany was named Top Performer by Asante Health System for three consecutive years, selected as one of ten employees out of 3,500 to serve on the High Potentials Committee, and was recognized as a Values in Action Leadership Honoree.
